The Ticino restaurant welcomes with joy the new Michelin Star awarded to Chef Diego Della Schiava.
The ceremony of the well-known gastronomic guide has in fact confirmed the rumors: The View has conquered the coveted star.
Thanks to the talent of Diego Della Schiava who, after attending the famous “Alma” cooking school of Maestro Gualtiero Marchesi, worked with starred chefs Andrea Berton, Niko Romiti and Emanuele Scarello, before approving in Switzerland first at Villa Orselina and then to The View, a boutique hotel on the Paradiso hill in Lugano.
A star “with a view” who thrilled all the staff of the structure: «We are still celebrating, for us it is a resounding success, which makes us proud of the hard work we have done over the years. Now it will be our task to honor it and make it shine every day! ».
