Woven by Adam Smith at Cowarth Park
Nestled with the Dorchester Collection’s luxury country house hotel, Coworth Park, you’ll find the new addition of Woven by Adam Smith, which opened just last month. Donning Smiths’ most ambitious and personal menus to date, it’s where the classic meets the contemporary as he’s been influenced by classic flavours and techniques (cue devilled eggs, coronation chicken, and Yorkshire duck), and dishes are presented in creative, modern ways. The design is courtesy of Martin Hulbert Design interiors, and with its west-facing position, it offers views over the Coworth Park gardens and Berkshire countryside.
